These terms govern use of the ramsford.ai website. Use of the Cruise Mode managed service is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement entered into between Ramsford and the cruise operator.

Cruise Mode is a managed guest experience service for cruise operators. It provides AI-assisted onboard guest communications, dining and activity recommendations, service requests, and butler-style responses.

The demonstrations on this website are illustrative examples of how Cruise Mode responds in production. Actual behaviour is configured to each operator's specific knowledge base, policies, and brand voice.

Submitting a demo request does not create a contract for services. It initiates a sales conversation. Ramsford will contact you using the details provided to arrange a demonstration at no cost or commitment.

We reserve the right to decline demo requests at our discretion.

All content on ramsford.ai — including text, design, code, and brand assets — is the property of Ramsford and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

"Cruise Mode" and "Ramsford" are proprietary names. Unauthorised use of these names or associated branding is prohibited.

ramsford.ai and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Ramsford makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on this site.

The Cruise Mode service itself, including uptime commitments and service levels, is governed exclusively by the operator's Master Services Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramsford shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this website.

Our total liability to you in connection with this website shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).

This website may reference third-party platforms (dining systems, property management systems, spa software, etc.) as integration targets. Ramsford has no affiliation with these platforms unless explicitly stated. References describe technical capabilities, not existing partnerships.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
